MINOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Broken Sockets, Lights etc. We're happy if you just need a new light putting up or a fan changing over. We can always recommend a suitable replacement if your not sure what you need. New products are available all the time and we can advise on what is suitable and what is not.
We always carry a really good selection of replacements in the van, so we can usually complete the most common tasks without going out to the supplier or a return visit.
FAULT FINDING
Occasionally, your electrics may show a fault. This may require a qualified and experienced electrician to attend your home or business to identify and repair this fault.
Most faults we can identify within an hour. We can then discuss with you the safest and most practical way to put the fault right, and give you an idea of the costs involved.
As electricians we love fault finding, there's nothing better than finding and solving an electrical issue!
ELECTRICAL TESTING
It’s important that all electrical installations are regularly inspected to ensure that any deficiencies or deterioration of the installation is observed.
Think of it as an MOT for your electrics. You may never have had any problems, but your electrics can still be unsafe.
ELECTRIC HEATING
We can advise on the current heaters on the market and which is best suited to you and our home or business. As an independent company we can look at all the available options.
PIV SYSTEMS
PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) Systems are a bit of a hidden secret. They've been around for many years, but are only just starting to become popular. We've been installing these for years ourselves and think they are like magic.
- You have condensation all the time on your windows
- You have black mould/damp on your walls
- A general feeling of damp
If your property (rented or not) have any of these issues a PIV system may be able to help you.
SMALL EXTENSIONS, RENOVATIONS & REWIRES
We will never try to persuade you into having something you don’t want or need. We understand that you may have waited a long time for your rewire, extension or new home, and it should be just as you want it.
